~1 cup Brown Sugar.
~540 ml Canned Red Kidney Beans.
~1/2 tsp black pepper.
~1 tsp Chili Powder.
~2 hand fulls baby carrots (diced).
~1 heaping tbsp Flour.
~1 cup Mild Salsa.
~1 tbsp Salt.
