Wristlet to Gloves Free Crochet Pattern

WOW! Check out the gloves I made my Grandmother for Christmas using Dearest Debi's wrislet Pattern and some of my own Crochet skills. Below I will explain the process of crocheting the Thumb and Finger covers! Enjoy :) Measurements for larger sized wristlet.

Shown is the pair of fantastic wristlets I worked up using
Dearest Debi's Wristlet Pattern.

Shown is the wristlets turned into gloves. You can sew
the finger and thumb pieces in or make them
removable(suggested) with snap fasteners.

Advice:
Work in a continuous round.
Mark new rounds.
Save time, measure your gauge.
Read Before Proceed.
Size may vary by each individuals crochet tension!
Hide all knots and ends inside.

I used:
4 ply Worsted Weight Yarns.
4.5 MM Hook size or Hook Needed to obtain gauge.
Round Markers.
Needle.

Gauge:
Approx 8 sc = 2 inches.
Approx 9 rows = 2 inches.

Thumb
In White
Round 1:
Ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook.(6hdc)
Round 2:
Sc to join(mnr), sc in same st. *sc in next st, 2 sc in ea st around. Repeat from * around.(9sc)
Round 3+:
Sc to join(mnr), sc in ea st around.(9sc)
(I went to 14 rounds. Try it on your thumb, put your hand in the wristlet. The last Round worked should be inside the last round worked on 'wristlet thumb'.)
MAKE 2 identical thumbs.

Finger Cover
Round 1:
Ch 6, sc in 2nd ch from hook(mnr), sc in next 3 sts, 3 sc in last st, now working on other side of ch, sc in next 4 sts,  3 sc in last st. (14sc)
Round 2:
Sc to join(mnr), sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st, 2 sc in next st. (18sc)
Round 3:
Sc to join(mnr), sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st,  2 sc in next st, sc in next 6 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st,  2 sc in next st, sc in last st. (22sc)
Round 4:
Sc to join(mnr), sc in next 4 sts, , 2 sc in next st, sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 6 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in last st. (26 sts)
Round 5:
Sc to join(mnr). Sc in next 5 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 7 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts, , 2 sc in next st,sc in last st. (30sc)
Rounds 6+:
Sc to join(mnr). Sc in ea st around. (30sc)
I went to 14 rounds. Place on the wristlet and the cover, make sure the cover is the legth you want.
MAKE 2 identical Finger covers.
You will add snap fasteners on inside of wristlet to hold in the thumb and finger cover.

Add snap fasteners evenly along inside of wristlet
and top of finger and thumb pieces.
Or sew the pieces to the wristlet on inside.
